The announced date
The official site schedules Order of the Sinking Star for October 8, 2026 on Steam, Nintendo Switch 2 and PlayStation 5. An exact regional unlock time is not established by that announcement.
Why a store may show something different
The retrieved US PlayStation Store page still says the release date is to be determined. That is a storefront discrepancy alongside the publisher announcement, not evidence that a delay has been announced.
Steam’s listing
Steam app 499170 also lists October 8, 2026 as its planned release date. On October 2 it is a pre-release wishlist page, so this guide does not describe the game as already available to play.
