Push, pull, swap
The initial trio in PlayStation’s demo report is Valens the pushing Warrior, Tif the pulling Thief and Isidore the line-of-sight swapping Wizard.
An ability can also be a restriction
The developer-showcase narration shared by nerdError describes pulling and swapping as compulsory when applicable. The Thief cannot simply push through an object; the Wizard may swap toward a target when you expected a normal step. Plan around those behaviours instead of assuming a power is always optional.
Make a handoff
The demo Q&A uses the Thief to pull a crystal out of a difficult corner, then the Warrior to push where the Thief cannot continue. A useful arrangement leaves room for the next character’s operation.
Later powers
The June 19 demo update added the Bard, who charms and moves crystals through music, and the Druid, who transmutes friends and objects.
PlayStation’s preview also describes the Priestess as immune and able to protect adjacent allies. These are reported demo mechanics, not a complete release-build interaction table.
